Position Summary
Stanion Wholesale Electric Co., Inc., a regional leader in the wholesale distribution of electrical goods, services, and supplies seeks a qualified and motivated HR/Accounting Assistant with two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Review/update monthly benefit billings.
- Perform various clerical, bookkeeping and accounting assignments.
- Backup to payroll.
- Monthly reporting for branch locations.
- Assist the HR Director with special projects.
- Ability to manage information in a confidential manner required.
- General ledger entry.
- Backup for filing and paying use tax/sales tax and tax refunds.
- Backup for daily banking
- Vehicle insurance requirements.
- Attending required training.
