Job Description:

The Product Training Specialist is a key-player in the Customer Service organization for Ormco having advanced product knowledge. This role creates, develops, implements and conducts trainings and development programs for Ormco CS team members and is connecting the CS team with product specialists across the organization, supports CS Representatives in product knowledge awareness on daily bases. This role reports to Head of Customer Care for Ormco Prague.

Responsibilities :

  • Acquires advanced product knowledge on Ormco ortho portfolio, maintains the knowledge through active connection with Ormco training team and product managers in countries.

  • Creates, organizes, plans, and conducts onboarding, orientation, product training, system training and skills training for CS employees.

  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill CS specific needs to maintain or improve job related knowledge and skills.

  • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with team managers and customer representatives.

  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.

  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.

  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

  • Creates a Product forum for CS organization, consolidates repetitive questions and actions on any potential knowledge gaps.

  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.

  • Maintains the knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

  • Works closely together with inter CS team members and leaders and well as with product managers and Global Sales Training team.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • Preferred experience from dental sector (from dental laboratory, dental practice nursery, etc.)

  • Technical orientation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role

  • Fully fluent in English, any other European language as advantage.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

  • Advanced in structuring

  • Comfortable with digital products
