E2E Planning Manager

Connected to our self-care business unit, we are recruiting for a E2E Planning Manager, who will lead a team of E2E planner responsible to orchestrate supply network planning for Kenvue. In this end-to-end integrator role, you build the interface between manufacturing sites and local demand teams with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations, while ensuring a precise, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key partners in Kenvue organization.

In addition, you will constantly seek for improvements to make our supply chain more robust and resilient, lead or participate in projects to further strengthen our supply chain, as well as support your team with the right planning processes and ensure they are successful in their daily task. The main tasks will include net requirement planning, inventory optimization, reporting and communication of supply status and supplier collaboration in a regional matrix organization.

This position reports into Senior Manager - Regional Planning and will be based in Prague.

What will you do

The E2E Planning Manager will be responsible to lead a team of network and production planners and will own all planning related processes. You will be part of a cross functional team of individuals and will actively collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver optimal customer service and meet inventory objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of finished good delivery from net requirements generation to delivery in Kenvue distribution centers in the local markets.

  • Lead coach and empower a team of E2E planners. Guide and coach them through every day operational responsibilities, provide them with the required support to ensure they complete their tasks effectively and flawlessly.

  • Own and lead planning processes, like net requirements calculation, RCCP, inventory and SLOB

  • Drive excellence in performance by monitoring KPIs, to evaluate planning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Eg of KPI : sOTIF, Slob, RLT etc.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to understand their planning requirements and align strategies.

  • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management, highlighting planning performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions, such as advanced analytics, digital supply chain, artificial intelligence, and automation, to enhance planning capabilities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience.

  • Work experience in manufacturing, production and network planning, demand planning

  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to challenge status-quo

  • Team player with a positive mind set and abilities to connect and create strong relationships

  • Dynamic, self-driven, committed and resilient

  • Able to work in ambiguous environment where all variables/deliverables are not always clear

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge in SAP R/3 and OMP strongly preferred

  • IT-literate (very strong excel user knowledge)
