Job Description
The Senior Project Manager must work mostly autonomously but requiring some guidance with the ability to understand technical concepts and turn them into a strong project plan. Work with a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring use of data collection and analysis and metrics. Manage multiple project deliverables, lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with a goal to complete on-time.
Your natural ability to quickly grasp complex and fast-moving projects with multiple dependencies will be critical. You have a demonstrated ability to deliver multiple, high priority projects at the same time; managing numerous stakeholders, including developing robust project documentation; defining and executing communication and change management plans; understanding both project and enterprise risks and how to address them.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate industry experience
Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure, encompassing computer networks, IT security principles, architecture, and software development
Proficient in Cloud Computing concepts and principles
Cross-team collaboration, project management, and presentation skills are essential
Proven experience leading teams (direct or matrixed) in managing large, complex, multifunctional technology-oriented projects.
Deep experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization – subject matter experts, functional leads, departmental heads, directors/VPs, etc.
Great communication skills, including the ability to write detailed proposals, reports and other documents, backed by statistical measurements.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
Skilled in planning, risk and issue management, and change control.
Experience in working in complex and frequently ambiguous spaces; making sense of customer need and being able to frame that as clear requirements
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Completed formal project management training & course
