Manager – External Manufacturing
We are currently recruiting an External Manufacturing MAKE Manager to be based in Prague on a Fixed term contract.
As an External Manufacturing MAKE Manager you will be responsible for liaison with External Manufacturers. In this role, you will partner actively with internal and external business partners to coordinate the Contract Manufacturers, support the introduction of new products and the deployment of strategic initiatives across the EM space.

What will you do ?
Exposure to an international and cross-functional environment combined with 4 years’ experience on a similar position.
Experience in the following areas: Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Project Management, Sourcing or Deliver
Process Excellence and Continuous improvement experience in Supply Chain and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience working in OTC products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics is preferred.
Proven leadership / interpersonal skills, communication
Network Management - Influence, negotiation.
Proactive, independent, self-leadership
High integrity and ethical behaviour
Partnership, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Analytical skills
Cultural sensitivity and awareness
Knowledge of compliance requirements (cGMP, GMP’s, DEA, etc.)
End to End Supply Chain understanding and track record of improvements in processes that maximizes organizational value.
