THE ROLE
This position is for a Control Room Operator who is under direct supervision. Uses standard procedures to provide Supply Chain services to Sensitech customers. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor high-value shipments in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements using the Sensitech tracking software platform.
Handle tracking device dashboard to have real time notifications of the shipment GPS location and fine tune device sensors to highlight relevant events
Manage any risk event and incident in accordance with pre-defined escalation procedures
Manage all shipment data and record all relevant events throughout the entire journey in the Sensitech database
Support the technical team with device and software issues as required.
The schedule is made of 12 hours shifts, throughout the whole week as the Control Room is 24/7 , 365 days per year.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in managing shifts
Fluent in English (min B2)
Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
Bachelor's in Economics or related fields
Fully Independent
Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Flexibility
Patience and ability to manage stress
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), able to prioritize and open to be flexible
