Your mission will be…
You will work closely with the Service Delivery Managers of Hire-to-Retire and its enabling functions such as Delivery Management (DM), Operational Quality Control (OQC), and RIC.
You will facilitate design and deployment of risk & internal control systems to meet relevant internal and legal regulations.
Review processes to ensure risks are identified, and appropriate controls are designed.
Carry RIC consulting and assessments.
Coordinate internal & external assessment of controls.
Support Risk and Internal Control Review Meetings.
Conduct RIC awareness sessions and minimize control deficiencies.
We are looking for someone with…
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in risk management, compliance, or internal control roles.
Solid knowledge of internal and legal practices and regulations related to risk management and internal control.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in English.
Knowledge of Human Resources processes, especially in the Hire-to-Retire area, would be a plus.
