Role reports to: Assoc. Director Project Management
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Travel %: 5-10%
What you will do
The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver business critical projects in direct support of Kenvue’s Operating Plan, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Types of projects may include new product introductions, product updates, supply chain or business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall project from definition through to introduction into the market
Ensure excellence in project execution coordinating E2E cross-functional teams , defining critical project milestones and interlink
Coordinate team meetings and minutes
Define project budget ensuring cost tracking with any required tools
Proactively identify and communicate risks and issues, lead development and delivery of mitigation and contingency plans
Enable the fluid evaluation and approval of the project, at the proper Governance forums
Provide regular update on project status to all levels of the organization, including Senior Management
Maintain accurate information and data supporting project and portfolio tracking
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or technical field
5/7 years’ experience in related field – with minimum 3 years of project or program management experience, with proven success in management of large, global, complex, highly interrelated programs / projects
Experience with leadership, conflict resolution and influencing skills
Knowledge of project related finance
Ability to overcome ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing business dynamics, solving with courage to shape and build new ways of working
Ability to handle virtual teams
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Fluent in English oral and written
Experience with new Product Development processes and terminology
Desired Qualifications
Expert in MS Project, Good Power point skills and Excel
APICs Certificate /PMI Certificate/Agile methdology is a plus
Experience working in Consumer Goods, preferably in Pharma/OTC industry
