About the role
Experienced Commodity / Account Management & Strategic Sourcing professional, overseeing supplier selection and contract negotiation. Responsible for partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy.

Requirements
An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
General knowledge of supply chain (INCOTERMS, etc.) and contract law
General knowledge of purchasing tools
General knowledge of project management
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Pack Office and ERP
In-depth knowledge of purchasing and negotiation techniques
In-depth knowledge of the supply chain (INCOTERMS, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of internal company processes (FINANCES / BE)
In-depth knowledge of project management
Responsibilities
Analyze current and future needs (technologies, volumes, target costs, quality, logistical constraints, CSR, etc.).
Participate in drafting technical and functional specifications with internal specifiers, define selection criteria and timetable
Analyze the supplier market:
Identify suppliers on markets likely to meet the company's needs
Prequalify them as needed
Maintain a technological and economic watch on the market
Launch and analyze calls for tender:
Draft the consultation file in collaboration with internal prescribers
Request for information/quotation (RFI/RFQ)
Analyze bids and make recommendations
Defining purchasing strategy:
Rationalizing the supplier panel
Help define purchasing strategy
Negotiate, select and contract:
Prepare negotiations with selected suppliers in accordance with the strategy and define negotiation procedures
Select or supervise the selection of supplier(s) according to specifications
Negotiate purchasing conditions: price, quality, lead time, volume, capacity, logistical conditions, etc.
Formalize the agreement for the supply of goods/services (purchase order, contract drawn up with the support of the legal department, etc.)
Monitor supplier performance and manage your panel:
Ensure commercial relations with suppliers
Analyze supplier performance
Ensure compliance with agreement execution and manage discrepancies and disputes
Evaluate and eliminate supplier risks by anticipating potential problems
Participate in optimizing the entities' purchasing budgets
Analyze and manage: supplier performance

Ensure consistency of actions with department strategy and Group values (ethics/HR)
Comply with HSE instructions, identify and warn of potentially hazardous situations
