Job Description
The LEGO Group is seeking a temporary Business Intelligence Manager Specialist for 12 months to support the CEEMEA region (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to drive key business insights that will help to form strategic decisions. You will work closely with colleagues from Analytics & Insights team and other cross-functional collaborators to develop actionable insights, ensuring that data-driven strategies are effectively aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to generate business insights and performance metrics
Collaborate with regional teams to support ongoing data reporting, analysis, and business intelligence needs.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that highlight key business trends and opportunities.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to assist in strategic decision-making processes.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting tools.

Do you have what it takes?
Confirmed experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management roles, preferably in the CEEMEA region.
Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with large data sets and databases (SQL knowledge preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the retail, consumer goods, or toy industry is a plus but not essential.
