Analytics Senior Analyst [Power BI]
This position reports into the Capabilities Senior Manager and is based in Prague.

What You Will Do
The Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for managing assigned key dashboards and related data flows, managing independently related improvement projects, driving further automation; actively contributing to managing analytics portfolio, helping identify analytics opportunities, owns segment of competency model to train and coach analytics team and community, acts as analytics segment lead back up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned data flows and dashboards without significant issues:
Maintain related data flows and control quality of data in preparation of the assigned dashboards
Train users on using these dashboards
Drive assigned data flows automation:
Automate assigned data flows
Identify cross-function opportunities for automation best practices
Improve customer experience connected with assigned reports and derive insights from the data:
Understand customer needs (in conjunction with analytics lead)
Drive improved customer experience (mainly via improved visualization)
Identify opportunities for automation best practices
Contribute to analytics portfolio and governance:
Understand customer needs (in conjunction with analytics segment lead)
Be familiar with content of analytics portfolio and drive assigned projects within that Independently drive or support assigned analytics projects (e.g. OTIF@D, Cost to serve etc.)
Own portion of analytics competency model:
Identify and own element of analytics competency model
Track trends in this area, share and mediate that to the rest of analytics team and community
Prepare introductory training, as well as approach of training with applied examples and coach analytics team members once applying these in practice
Contribute to identification of further analytics opportunities:
Actively participate in data infrastructure workshops and other occasions to identify innovations
Stay aligned (with analytics lead/team help) about business and analytics priorities of the business
Reactive analytics:
Be familiar with content of analytics, reactive analytics log and execute in delivery of that according to priorities
Back up analytics team members in case any or not available.

Analytics Sr. Analyst should have knowledge and experience in following areas with the main emphasis on Business Knowledge, Data and Analytics:
Lead
Project and portfolio management - PM (planning), Risk management, PPM (portfolio / domain management)
Governance
Stakeholder management - Stakeholder maintenance, Stakeholder mapping, Stakeholder analysis
Time management and prioritization
Information management - OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PPT
Vision – Brainstorming, Design thinking, Vivid vision
Business knowledge
Physical flows
Business model
Business priorities
Data available
KPIs – OTIF, Cost to serve, Customer experience, Transportation
Understanding of Supply Chain Processes
DATA and TECHNOLOGY
Basics - Advanced Excel
Process data - Alteryx/SPSS familiarity, Databases/ Data Warehouses/ Data Lakes, SQL, Python
Visualization tools – Extensive knowledge of Power BI is mandatory.
Additional software knowledge is a plus: Tableau, Qlick
Additional software: Microsoft Azure, SAP
