SAP Sales Ops Business Enablement Specialist in Prague 5, Czech Republic

What youll do

As Sales Ops Business Enablement Specialist, you will enable our SAPs customer-facing roles (e.g. sales) to be more productive. This allows them to focus on their customer first, simplifying the buying experience with SAP.

In your role, specialized on Case Management, you will evolve the user experience on tickets, chats and more for SAP-internal Sales Support Users. You will improve our processes and technology along agreed process designs; Innovate and identify best practice or work-around solutions, monitor adoption, identify and/or remove any impediments that prevent success of an agreed project and provide reliable insights and transparent communication around delivered changes.

Core tasks include

  • Qualify business requirements, problem statements and analytical insights around the SAP Sales Support Infrastructure and Processes around case management.

  • Work closely together with Infrastructure operations to ensure smooth transitions into new ways of working

  • Engage in required enablement activities around enhancements and new deployments, partnering with the Readiness & Deployment team

  • Monitor and report on the business impact generated through the Sales Support Chatbot and/or identify future areas of improvement/refinement

  • Partner closely with our Process & Technology Liaisons, as well as relevant development units to deliver improvements

  • Work under the SAP guidelines and participate in compliance and security audits providing the required insights and collaboration

  • Champion our systems, processes, data, confidentiality, and compliance

What you bring

Case management is complex and dynamic, requiring the ability to analyse, evaluate, and apply information to make informed decisions. Critical thinking enables the right candidate to assess stakeholder needs, strengths, and goals and to develop, implement, and adjust technological and process related improvement plans. The right candidate is curious and solution oriented. S/he is a fast learner and communicates well with people within and beyond the team, virtually or in person.

In addition, you will bring:

  • Inquisitive mindset: asks the right questions

  • Multitasking/ prioritization skills

  • Strong English communication skills

  • A can-do attitude with lots of team spirit (across a virtual environment)

  • A bachelors degree and or equivalent work experience - we are looking for someone with 3 years experience in Project management and/or Case management

  • Experience with Knowledge/Content management, IT Service management (ITSM), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ITSM Systems (Support case management) and general system migrations is a plus
