What you'll do
As an HR Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for executing People administrative processes and system transactions for SAP employees. Your role will focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel and job-related data and providing essential support throughout the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Maintenance: Perform daily updates to employee records, including personal information changes, contractual adjustments, and time management for absences (both short-term and long-term).
Payroll Support: Prepare data for monthly payroll runs and process one-off payments as needed.
Document Management: Create and amend contracts and related documents to reflect any changes.
Process Documentation: Update internal procedures for personnel administration in line with required changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure effective communication with all relevant departments and functions involved in employee data processing, including Local HR and Payroll.
Customer Service: Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient support and advice to colleagues, employees, and managers.
Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and assist with ongoing learning on various topics.
Service Excellence: Understand and work within the scope of services and Service Level Agreements for our customers.
