Stanley Black and Decker Key Account Manager in Poznań, Poland
Location: This is a field position with 4 days a week visiting customers in an assigned area and 1 day at the home office. We are looking all over Poland.
The Job (responsibilities):
Identifying short- and long-term growth opportunities by market analysis, competitions and sales reports.
Close cooperation with current & prospective key clients for preparation and documentation of commercial offers.
In cooperation with the marketing department prepares marketing activities, promo materials for our customers and participates in product pricing.
Reviews new products, monitors product presentation in stores, evaluates business statistics, competes, and designs solutions to expand the product range.
Forecasting and tracking accounts metrics to reach sales goals by effective cooperation with other departments (Demand Planning, Marketing, Sales Support, Credit and Collection).
Providing technical customer support as necessary.
Being a point of contact to customers and resolving any issues that they have.
The Person (requirements):
Min. high school education - technical field preferred.
Native Polish speaker with communicative English skills.
2 years of proven working experience in sales positions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Good presentation skills.
Superb customer care skills a team spirit.
Understanding of sales strategy in power tools & hand tools industry, budgeting, planning, and priorities setting.
Effectively tailors written and verbal messages in terms of length, perspective, and clarity towards audience.
Understands client needs, priorities, and environment.
