Stanley Black and Decker Business Care Team Leader w. German in Poznań, Poland

Location: Hybrid in Poznań. 2 days at home and 3 days in the office per week.

Purpose

Manage the order to delivery cycle including claims management. Develop the supply chain collaboration with our customers (Distributors) in order to answer to their needs while contributing to the financial performance of Stanley Black & Decker.

The Job (responsibilities):

  • Seek for processes optimisation and tasks optimisations within the team.

  • Monitor KPIs with our key customers and lead improvement projects (CTS).

  • Monitor claims for the team and put in place action plans when needed. Liaise with the AR team on that matter.

  • Monitor penalties in line with the commercial teams.

  • Share reliable information regarding our customers within the business.

  • Contribute, via supply chain expertise and customers knowledge, to the annual contract negotiations on the supply chain part.

  • Work together with KAMs, Sales Managers in order to implement the Business care strategy.

  • Ensure the efficiency of the Order to delivery and claim cycle in line with SBD rules and while respecting the tasks repartition between Poznań Team (Order Entry) and France.

  • Follow and communicate KPIs for the team - build action plans when needed.

  • Ensure and check that the order book is properly managed and under control.

  • Validate Credit Notes and do monthly check on billing processes.

  • Enhance the supply chain collaboration with our customers (in line with the commercial teams).

  • Make sure joint processes are aligned between our customers and SBD (fulfilment, claims management etc.) and follow joint KPIs with key distributors.

  • Lead or help the team with regular Supply chain meetings with our customers.

  • Implement the Business care strategy for each customer group.

  • Manage the team on the contact side of the relationship via Five9 and Emails.

  • Structure and organize the team, processes and resources in order to implement the Business Care strategy. Make sure the team is able to execute the operational tasks in all circumstances (holidays, sick leave etc.)

  • Develop the team agility and flexibility.

  • Manage the team in a remote environment.

  • Recruit, develop, train and manage the team ensuring that the know-how and processes are correctly shared and built expertise within the team.

  • Contribution to documentation and processes harmonisation across the verticals.

The Person (requirements):

  • Master’s degree or equivalent.

  • Fluent in German & English.

  • SAP Knowledge (MM - SD and Central Finance).

  • Salesforce knowledge appreciated.

  • Ability to work with a telephony software (Five9) appreciated.

  • At ease with reporting tools - BW in particular.

  • Windows proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, ideally PowerBI.

  • Ideally, experience on the Tools market either professional or DYI

  • Strong management experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both internally and externally.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.

  • Customer oriented and customer satisfaction focused.

  • Proactivity and autonomy.

  • Training skills.
