Newell Brands Talent Acquisition Lead (French-Speaking) in Poznan, Poland
Position Overview:
As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead you will be engaged on assisting in the development and execution of regional strategies to attract, engage and hire diverse talent.
Focused on hiring across both France and broader EMEA locations, you will lead recruitment activities from inception to completion, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders, and providing a great candidate experience that enhances Newell Brands’ reputation as an employer of choice.
Key responsibilities:
Managing full life-cycle recruitment of the recruiting process to include (but not limited to) research/sourcing, hiring manager engagement, posting inclusive job adverts, pre-screening/ interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Building productive partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and external partners.
Acting as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing timely, actionable and constructive feedback to candidates.
Partnering with, and guiding, managers and colleagues in best practice recruitment
Mentoring more junior TA colleagues when required
Essential:
Fluent in English and French
Proven background in in-house recruitment (including France), ideally in an FMCG or related environment
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills, ability to build effective working relationships
Ability to produce desired outcomes within tight timeframes
Strong planning & organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
