First Commonwealth Loan Origination System Administrator in Powell, Ohio

Description As a direct report to the Credit Systems Manager, the Loan Origination System Administrator is responsible for providing an advanced level of cross-functional support to the Bank's commercial loan origination system (LOS). The Administrator will partner with project, technical and functional teams to identify needs, determine feasibility and implement update/changes in support of business objectives. Additionally, the Administrator will develop and produce key reports and dashboards and will provide analysis on existing and expanding credit metrics and key risk indicators, as well as present recommendations for data and process improvements. The Administrator will be the primary liaison with the LOS vendor for ongoing system updates, configuration changes and managing system issues. In this role, the Administrator will be significantly involved in the development of new commercial reports for use by various levels of management, and will participate in discussions concerning LOS data analytics and analysis as necessary. The Administrator will assist in monitoring LOS data integrity and make recommendations to improve data quality within the platform or future supporting systems. The Administrator will ultimately lead the operational aspects of the Bank's commercial LOS, including but not limited to, training personnel on system changes, upgrades, and available features. The position will be expected to review, maintain and opine on streamlining LOS processes, procedures, reports, and business continuity plans as appropriate; and will work on various special projects to continually improve the platforms' efficiency, accuracy and adherence to service level agreements. The Administrator should expect to participate in, and lead LOS steering committees as necessary. The position incumbent will support management with the planning, design and execution of specific departmental audits while following a detailed structure for governance and document change management protocols and testing. The individual will act as a liaison between Credit Systems and other business units as necessary and will perform other assignments and duties as requested by management. As a member of the Credit Systems Department team, the Administrator should expect to work independently under limited supervision, and may be assigned to be part of a larger project team. The Administrator may have Supervisory and/or personnel management responsibility in the future. Essential Job Responsibilities__ 1. Responsible for LOS administration and updates. 2. Responsible for developing and producing standing and on-demand credit and lender related reports. 3. Designs, runs, schedules and distributes LOS custom reports. 4. Manages user account set up and permissions. 5. Maintains company and user settings, personas, user groups and roles. 6. Understands product enhancements and leads incorporation into client processes. 7. Considers additional features or functionality not currently in use. 8. Monitors LOS usage to meet adoption goals. 9. Meets with LOS vendor and internal departments to develop system process improvements. 10. Coordinates with IT and other support groups when technical solutions are required. 11. Participates in the planning of ongoing improvements to the LOS platform. 12. Conducts system workflow testing as necessary. 13. Conducts training programs in person and by WebEx for current and new employees. 14. Achieves a working knowledge of the Bank's loan systems and commercial credit approval process. 15. Handles all matters in a professional and confidential manner. 16.
