Danfoss Global Services are looking for passionate individuals committed to environmental sustainability to join us.

Currently we have opened position for experienced Project Manager , preferably in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland or Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia with expertise in real estate projects . The ideal candidate will manage activities within Europe relating to real estate projects. You will be part of the GS Real Estate, reporting operationally to Regional GS RE Head.

If you know how to handle Project Management, you understand what is cost control, manage various levels of stake holders and you have proficiency in English, we invite you to be a key player in our innovative and forward-thinking organization.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Leading end to end (Planning, budgeting, negotiating, organizing, supervision and execution) of real estate projects,

  • Close cooperation with Procurement (preparation of inquiries, tender evaluations, and preparation of contracts),

  • Cooperation with local authorities on permits,

  • Liaising with Business stakeholders on initiation, planning, and execution of projects,

  • Cooperation with internal team members, as well as external consultants,

  • Securing full compliance with Danfoss ethical and technical standards,

  • Business travels to verify the progress of local projects.

We would like to see that you have a degree in the Civil, HVAC or Electrical engineering education. Additionally, it would be great if you have the following skills, knowledge, and certifications:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English,

  • Relevant experience around 5-8 years on similar position,

  • Experience in facility management and related capex projects in industrial/manufacturing real estate. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and international environment.

  • Fluency in MS Office, MS Project,

  • Ability to use SAP, AutoCAD (preferred, not mandatory),

  • PMP certification,

  • High level of presentation and negotiation skills.

This position relates to often business travels within Europe (mainly Eastern and Central Europe), approximately 4-6 days per month.
