Wonderland Cleaning LLC Residential and Move-out Cleaner in Poulsbo, Washington

 

Overview:

As a Residential Move Out Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prepare them for new occupants. Working with efficiency and attention to detail, you will perform a range of cleaning tasks to restore properties to pristine condition, meeting or exceeding client expectations and industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of all rooms and areas within residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areas. Thoroughly clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings to remove dirt, dust, and grime accumulated over time.
  • Floor Care: Vacuum, sweep, mop, and/or steam clean floors to remove debris, stains, and odors. Pay special attention to high-traffic areas, corners, and baseboards to ensure thorough cleaning and a polished appearance.
  • Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, countertops, cabinets, and appliances, including stovetops, ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves. Remove grease, food residue, and buildup from cooking surfaces and appliances to restore them to like-new condition.
  • Bathroom Sanitization: Scrub and sanitize bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and tiles. Remove soap scum, mold, mildew, and hard water stains to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for the next occupants.
  • Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors to remove streaks, fingerprints, and smudges. Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to achieve a streak-free shine and enhance the overall appearance of the property.
  • Dust Removal: Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, blinds, and other fixtures to eliminate dust buildup and allergens. Use microfiber cloths or dusters to trap and remove dust particles effectively without spreading them around.
  • Trash Disposal: Empty trash receptacles and dispose of garbage and recyclables in accordance with waste management guidelines. Ensure that all trash bins are clean and odor-free before leaving the property.
  • Inventory and Restocking: Take inventory of cleaning supplies and replenish as needed to ensure sufficient stock for future cleaning jobs. Keep track of consumable items and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning requirements, address any concerns or special requests, and provide updates on the progress of the cleaning job. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and attention to detail.

     

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in cleaning standards.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client scheduling needs.
