ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representatives in Poughkeepsie, New York

Call Center Representative-Poughkeepsie, NY for $17-$18 per hour

Will train on site for 3-4 weeks first. MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking high volume of inbound calls.

  • Appointment setting.

  • Offering quotes.

  • Customer service/answering questions.

  • Outbound calls/data entry.

What do you bring?

  • A reliable internet connection (we will test the speed)

  • A reliable computer capable of running multiple platforms

  • Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette.

  • Call center/customer service experience.

  • Computer skills and typing ability.
