Call Center Representative-Poughkeepsie, NY for $17-$18 per hour
Will train on site for 3-4 weeks first. MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.

Tuesday-Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-4pm or Sunday-Wednesday 8am-4pm and Thursday 12pm-8pm

Taking high volume of inbound calls.
Appointment setting.
Offering quotes.
Customer service/answering questions.
Outbound calls/data entry.

A reliable internet connection (we will test the speed)
A reliable computer capable of running multiple platforms
Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Call center/customer service experience.
Computer skills and typing ability.
