Our client, a home improvement company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department, delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Shift: 12:00pm-8:00pm Weekdays and 1 Weekend Day 8:00am-4:00pm

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and patience.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
