Job Title: --BAS/Controls Service Technician (HVAC)
Job Summary: --EMCOR Services New England Mechanical (NEMSI) is an established mechanical and controls contractor with offices throughout the Northeast. We are currently seeking experienced a BAS/Controls Service Technician (HVAC) to join our Latham, NY Operations Group. Responsibilities are to maintain, trouble shoot, repair and operate commercial building control systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in building control systems and a fundamental understanding of HVAC systems and sequences. Training on our line of controls (Delta) is where you will start. This position requires good customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a small team environment.
Qualifications: -- - Must have valid driver's license.

Compensation Range: $70-$120k
Other Compensation: not bonus or commission eligible
