Job Details for: Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Pay Rate: $30.38

   

Schedule:

Week 1 

Sunday 8am-6pm, Mon -- Off, Tues 6am-6pm, Wed 6am-6pm, Thurs, Fri, Sat -- OFF

Week 2

Sunday 8am-6pm, Mon 6am-6pm, Tues -- OFF, Wed -- OFF, Thurs, 6am-6pm, Fri 6am-6pm, Sat 6am-6pm 

Job Responsibilities & Description for: Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot and repair various manufacturing equipment, including those with motors and motor controls.
• Demonstrate a basic working knowledge of industrial computerized controls, variable speed drives, and various sensors.
• Utilize metal fabrication and welding skills for equipment repairs and modifications (preferred).
• Perform weekly lubrication of plant processes and ancillary equipment to prevent wear and ensure longevity.
• Disassemble and reassemble asphalt pumps, replacing packing in pumps and valves as needed.
• Replace and align motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and pulleys to maintain equipment functionality.

• Work independently as the on-duty line maintenance operator, promptly responding to all line calls and completing the daily maintenance call log.

   

   

Job Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Technician:

Welding experience

Electrical experience

Working knowledge of industrial computerized controls

Metal fabrication

Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a manufacturing environment
