Summary of Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to join our hotel team. The maintenance engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position.
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues
Perform general maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing plumbing leaks, and fixing broken equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
Provide excellent customer service to address any concerns or issues
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or renovations
Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as required
Skills and Requirements
Some electrical knowledge and experience with troubleshooting electrical systems
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of facilities maintenance principles and practices
Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff, tenants, and contractors
Leadership abilities to coordinate and oversee maintenance projects
