Continental Project Manager Group Customs & Excise (m/w/d) in Porto, Portugal
Management and control of (internal) consulting projects/sub-projects with intensive involvement of the customer organization
Contact person for the (top) management level and working level
Responsibility for the planning and control of project teams including budget responsibility
Creation of important project documents for various management circles tailored to the target group
Analysis of work processes, methods, systems, organizational functions and structures to determine optimization potential
Development and implementation of lean and agile organizational concepts, processes or service structures
Design and implementation of key performance management systems based on key figures
Selection of consulting methods and determination of key figures on a project basis
Academic degree in business/economics or (industrial) engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in comparable company areas
Proven consulting and project experience (project management or sub-project management) in an interdisciplinary and international environment using project management methods and tools
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills
Intellectual understanding of problem solving through deductive and inductive thinking
Very structured way of working, solution-oriented, equally able to work in a team and independent, confident communication at decision-making level
Willingness to travel at home and abroad
