Your Role
Kuehne+Nagel is looking for an IT Team Lead (m/f/d) to support our agile software development team in building and maintaining our TMS solutions. With your agile mindset, passion for new technologies, and proactivity, you will understand our customer's needs and provide them with the best solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Using lean and agile methodologies, you will be responsible for the pace, scale, and performance of your team delivery and the team line management.
Manage the review of product requirements within the team and provide feedback to product owners and stakeholders.
Lead a culture of technical analysis and software development estimations.
Drive the team to continuously improve in a changing environment.
Measure and review the Productivity, Velocity, Quality, and Duration of delivery, taking prompt corrective action where necessary.
Manage all technical resources and capacity plans within budget and project schedule and facilitate team ceremonies.
Your Skills and Experiences
Academic degree in IT or similar.
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) - Agile certifications are a plus point for us.
Good communication and presentation skills, for example in spoken and written English.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, particularly regarding technical risks, issues, and constraints.
Demonstrate senior principles, leading by example, showing work ethic and passion, professional attitude, and a motivator.
A very strong team player.
Java background and/or Angular will be a plus.
