JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic Marketing & Communication plans.
He/she helps develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, social media and video assets. This includes coordinating photo shootings. The Marketing Manager coordinates all actions dedicated to creating and maintaining a favorable public perception of the company. They are responsible for supervising social media activities and editorial plan, creating press releases and media kits, pitching stories to media outlets, maintaining good relationships with key media representatives, coordinating press trips, organizing events and press conferences, and fielding media inquiries.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
degree in Economics and Marketing
minimum 3-year experience of public relations, marketing communications and/or corporate communications experience, preferably within the Luxury / fashion / lifestyle sector
excellent knowledge of English and Italian (both writing and speaking)
knowledge of Photoshop and Creative Cloud (preferable)
