ManpowerGroup ESH Professional in Portland, Texas
Our client, a leader in construction and engineering, is seeking an ES&H Professional to join their team. As an ES&H Professional, you will be part of the Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) Department supporting project-level safety compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in safety management, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: ES&H Professional
Location: Portland, TX
Pay Range: $55-$65/hour
What’s the Job?
Implement the project-level safety management program and ensure compliance.
Provide assistance to project and construction management on ES&H issues and safety requirements.
Coordinate with functional leads (engineering, procurement, etc.) to integrate ES&H requirements into project plans.
Conduct safety assessments and inspections for construction activities to monitor compliance with ES&H plans and regulations.
Provide technical support for safety planning, training programs, and regulatory reporting.
What’s Needed?
Advanced knowledge in safety/industrial engineering, science, or a related discipline.
Experience managing ES&H programs in office and field environments, including construction.
Knowledge of national and international safety regulations, engineering methods, and construction processes.
Skilled in managing safety assessments, hazardous material mitigation, and subcontractor oversight.
Physical capability to conduct field inspections, including climbing and lifting up to 60 lbs.
