Job Description
A client in Portland is looking for a Water Mitigation Technician who will inspect and document water damage, set up appropriate amount of equipment to properly dry areas, and remove affected materials when deemed unsalvageable. This candidate will have the ability to communicate the situation to the client and advise them of next steps. The perfect candidate will know how to assess property damage, perform dry down procedures and mold remediation in residential and commercial settings, take moisture readings and monitor drying process. Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a water restoration technician or WRT certified.
Must have a valid driver's license as you will be traveling to multiple job sites.
Ability to lift a minimum of 80 pounds.
Having experience in water mitigation - CRC calculations, moisture reading, demolition. null
