BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Portland Oregon is looking for full-time Client Service Coordinators. We offer competitive pay with growth opportunities!

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be Welcoming clients, completing intake paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments, keeping records in order, requesting and organizing medical records to and from referring practices, and handling money transactions. Client Service Coordinators are customer service professionals who may also offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate manner.
We are looking for individuals who can provide the highest quality customer service to our clients and their pets. Applicants must be self-motivated, organized, hardworking, compassionate, have the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
You would be joining an incredible and experienced local team that works collaboratively and compassionately. Let’s face it, it is a tough climate currently in Veterinary Medicine and we get that. This will be a brand-new location opening early this fall with 24/7 emergency medicine and specialties including surgery, critical care, internal medicine, and ophthalmology. We will be located in NE Portland’s Hollywood district and within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, neighborhood shops, a great public library, as well as within a few blocks of the MAX Light Rail System.
