Pay Range: $23.00 to $26.00

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Restaurants Supervisor -

  • Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions

  • Supervise dining staff to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly

  • Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event

  • Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory

  • Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards

  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements

  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures

  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

  • Work both independently and with a team

  • Organized individual with strong leadership skills

  • Basic PC knowledge

  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems

  • Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs

  • Experience in fine dining or a high-volume environment required

  • Supervisory experience in high-end food & beverage environment preferred

  • Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
