Job Title: Porter

Job Description

This position involves performing small work orders and cleaning residents' rooms. Longer term, this role will transition into an entry-level maintenance position.

Responsibilities

  • Managing building waste and recycling

  • Cleaning common areas and garages

  • Inspecting common areas for cleanliness and risks

  • Ordering supplies

  • Professional interaction with residents

Essential Skills

  • 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience preferred

  • Strong work ethic and motivation to do the job right

  • Ability to work nights and weekends

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to understand and comply with Federal Fair Housing Guidelines

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • General knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
