City Wide Facility Solutions Operations Territory Manager in Portland, Oregon

We are looking for an experienced Operations Territory Manager to support our Operations Department. The ideal candidate must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run their designated territory. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company's operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

Compensation: $70,000 annual base salary plus commissons and bonuses.

Essential Functions

  • Account Manager training and development. This includes one-on-ones and ride-alongs.

  • Working hand-in-hand w/ Senior Compliance Manager to support the CM team.

  • Team member and client retention.

  • Managed territories book-of-business including but not limited to: target/major accounts, overflow volume prior to growth territory development, jeopardy accounts.

  • Ideal weekly cadence:

  • 75% in office (Mondays and other various meetings).

  • 25% doing ride-alongs, one-on-ones, jeopardy client meetings, general support for FSMs in their territory.

Requirements

  • 3-5 plus year’s sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.

  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly desirable.

  • Highly detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.

  • Positive and out-going personality; great at building relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.

  • Must have reliable transportation.
