Actalent Mechanical Engineer in Portland, Oregon
Job Description
We are searching for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead the creation, refinement, and finalization of detailed engineering designs, technical project plans, specifications, drawings, and models. Your main responsibilities will include the design and analysis of HVAC ducting, chillers, boilers, exhaust systems, and potentially other mechanical building systems. You will also collaborate closely with design teams, Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to address specific objectives and propose viable solutions to unique challenges. Additionally, you will conduct field verifications and site assessments to troubleshoot design issues during construction as necessary.
Our work environment offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite/in office and a flexible schedule after training (90 days)

Qualifications:
3+ years of HVAC mechanical engineering experience
AutoCAD and Revit experience highly preferred
Must have the ability to lead and work autonomously
