Aerotek Maintenance Technician in PORTLAND, Oregon
Maintenance Technician
Paying $25 / HR to $27 / HR
Location - Portland, OR
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance of machines and equipment throughout the facility.
Complete daily repairs, maintenance, and functional improvement of manufacturing machinery
Rebuild machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Assist with fabrication of mechanical parts and equipment installation or relocation.
Ensure facility and campus grounds are well maintained.
Document information related to work assignments, tasks, and departmental procedures.
Follow all safety procedures, rules, and regulations; includes wearing all proper PPE, following LOTO procedures.
Monitor maintenance parts and supply inventory. and communicate needs to facilities manager.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance required.
Environment/ Shift:
Light industrial work environment.
Production machinery, chemicals processing equipment, assembly booths, and paint lines including ovens and booths.
Clean and organized work environment.
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
