We are seeking a skilled Glaze Operator III to join our team. In this role, you will work with spraying equipment to apply glaze to our finished products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that each tile meets our high standards. This position will be based in Portland, OR, where we specialize in crafting high-quality ceramic tiles.
Crafting Excellence: Responsibilities :
Practice and follow all required safety regulations.
Maintain work area. Keep equipment, tools, and workspace in clean and safe working conditions.
Operates a Sprayer (technical skill set) to glaze our beautiful handmade tiles to specification.
Trains on the Glaze line.
Operates Glaze Line when necessary.
Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor (including Process Leads).
Job requires repetitive lifting of up to 30 pounds.
Cross-trains and supports general factory production goals.

Basic Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in manufacturing, production, ceramics, or warehousing environment.
Organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Consistent attendance record and adherence to the attendance policy for Ann Sacks.
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
Strong attention to detail; takes pride in their work
Experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Key Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 30 pounds or more.
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $22.00-$24.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
