Currently seeking a Loyalty Specialist Project Manager to join the team at an apparel company in the Portland area!
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Loyalty Specialist to join our dynamic team in a temporary capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering the Membership strategy, including stabilization post-program launch, international expansion and Partnership expansion. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully project managing cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Support continued stabilization of recently launched Membership program updates. Regularly provide reporting updates to Executive Leadership and continue to foster ongoing enhancements.
Project manage the expansion of Membership into North America and International regions. Collaborate with the Technology Organization to set and meet deadlines and deliverables for the business.
Foster the Membership long range strategy and set ongoing engagement and financial goals related to international expansion.
Partner with Creative Team to design and refine omni-channel communication templates based on performance KPI(s).
Provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in project management, with dedicated Membership and/or Partnership experience as a bonus
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of technology frameworks
The ability to work effectively in a team and across multiple departments
The ability to communicate effectively and clearly with Executive Leadership
