TEKsystems Loyalty Specialist Project Manager in Portland, Oregon

Currently seeking a Loyalty Specialist Project Manager to join the team at an apparel company in the Portland area!

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Loyalty Specialist to join our dynamic team in a temporary capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering the Membership strategy, including stabilization post-program launch, international expansion and Partnership expansion. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully project managing cross-functional initiatives effectively.

  • Support continued stabilization of recently launched Membership program updates. Regularly provide reporting updates to Executive Leadership and continue to foster ongoing enhancements.

  • Project manage the expansion of Membership into North America and International regions. Collaborate with the Technology Organization to set and meet deadlines and deliverables for the business.

  • Foster the Membership long range strategy and set ongoing engagement and financial goals related to international expansion.

  • Partner with Creative Team to design and refine omni-channel communication templates based on performance KPI(s).

  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management, with dedicated Membership and/or Partnership experience as a bonus

  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Knowledge of technology frameworks

  • The ability to work effectively in a team and across multiple departments

  • The ability to communicate effectively and clearly with Executive Leadership
