Position Overview:
The Product focused AE for Formal Verification will drive and grow Formal Verification business across the Americas accounts. As a Product focused AE, you will be working with the ATM (Account Technology Manager), Account Managers (AMs), and the regional FAEs to drive the adoption of formal products and apps in customers’ verification flow. The primary focus will be working closely with the account teams to uncover and qualify formal verification engagement opportunities, including constructing and driving top-down and bottom-up plans account by account within a territory (including calling out strategy to capture unidentified business in that territory).
Responsibilities:
The Product focused AE will be responsible for:
• Working with the account teams, ATM, and FAEs to develop strategy for driving formal business
• Providing formal verification hands-on expertise to the FAE team
• Being the evangelist in the proliferation of formal methodologies, apps, and tools across the customer base
Job Qualifications:
Hands on experience in working with customers to drive adoption of formal tools
Hand-on experience with QOSF (Questa-OneSpin Static and Formal) platform products is desired, but not required
Demonstrated expertise in working with formal techniques
Product, market, and industry knowledge in formal verification technology
Prospecting/uncovering skills
Demand creation
Create and maintain technical campaigns
Set appropriate expectations and decision criteria
Bring technical campaigns to successful closure
Driving positive relationships with account management, field technical, and R&D and marketing organizations
Strong written and verbal skills are required
BSEE or equivalent, 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design, verification, and formal verification. EDA Functional Verification experience desired
Travel will be required within the North America region

The total cash compensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
