The Admin/Exec Assistant’s role primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our President, Management team, and our customers. This is accomplished through consistent communication and attention to detail. The job is ever changing to meet the needs of the President and Management team and that of the company in general. Your time and efforts will be divided, with the President coming 1st.
Excellent customer service and teamwork
Ability to shuffle schedule and priorities ongoing throughout the day
Keeping others informed of your progress
Knowing when to enlist others for input on the priorities of the day
Maintain calendar, gather materials needed for meetings, set up invites and Zoom as needed
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the Management Team & others.
Provide basic project management and coordination- Track & report special projects as assigned
Travel arrangements as needed for President, Sales Team and other business travel
Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to assisting with phones, mail, and ordering of office supplies as needed. Provide Clerical support such as making copies, scanning, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years experience performing scheduling and admin support
Microsoft Office, Adobe, ERP and other programs
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
