    Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.

  • Minimum of one year experience working in a retail warehouse or related industry.

  • Minimum of one year working in a courier or driving role.  

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Clean driving record.

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for the safe and careful handling and transportation of all goods and supplies to and from the warehouse, stores, and/or third party vendors and partners.  They provide timely, efficient, and courteous customer service to all store teams, vendors, and customers. 

    Essential Duties 

  • Loading, transporting, and unloading products to and from warehouse, outlets and vendors in a safe and timely manner. 

  • Drives and maintains the company vehicle.  

  • Provides excellent service to customers, team members, vendors, and other third-party partners. 

    Job Duties

  • Reviews orders and packages before and after delivery to ensure they are complete, accurate, and in good condition. 

  • Proactively identifies, mitigates, and tracks recurring safety issues. 

  • Plans routes based on time savings and efficiency. 

  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.  

  • Receives inbound orders and processes them accurately and in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Carefully handles products to prepare and package them for outbound transfer.

  • Creates, prepares, and maintains reports and documents related to inventory transfers. 

  • Manages and maintains the web pull omni-channel system to accurately transport product needs for Web and 3rd party orders.

  • Maintains professional working relationships with vendors, staff, customers, and delivery drivers. 

  • Communicates and collaborates with the leadership and buying team regarding inventory needs, transfer needs, discrepancies, and/or damaged products.

  • Additional warehouse and errand duties as assigned. 

    Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • The employee may be exposed to weather based heat and humidity.   

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee must frequently lift up to 30 pounds and must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.  

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to drive for up to eight hours per day. 

  • The employee is also regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to work with products, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arm.
