Pay Range: $23.50 to $27.00

A DAY IN THE LIFE
While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Culinary Supervisor -
Responsible for preparing menu items for guest satisfaction
Follow recipes to prepare and cook menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment
Supervise aspects of the food and beverage operation, including estimate food requirements based on event orders to implement the production plan
Responsible for assisting in training of new culinary team members
Assist the Culinary Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Adapt to shifting event locations within the arena
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
Perform any other duties as assigned

Desire to cook (a lot) and sharpen your skills
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Work both independently and with a team
Organized individual with strong leadership skills
Supervisory experience in a fast-paced dining or similar atmosphere required
Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
