Job Description

• Pour wax mold so that when the alloy is poured into the mold

• .Your tasks will include operating an injection mold machine, kiln or furnace use, and following written instructions via tech cards.

Pay:

• $22/HR

Shift

• Monday - Friday

• 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Work Site

• This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.

Work Environment

• The work environment spans across several different zones in a manufacturing setting, including assembly, foundry, investing, grinding, sandblast, and utility aid. You will encounter forklifts, machinery, chemical smells, temperature extremes, and be expected to use a variety of tools and equipment. Tasks include standing and sitting; using small tools; adjusting work platforms; handling temperature extremes; working with large pieces of equipment and molten alloy; working in tanks filled with liquid, robotics, and strong chemical odor; using pneumatic hand grinders in enclosed booths, which can be loud, dusty, and hot; working in walk-in or reach-in sandblast booths, which can be hot and loud; and using a pressure washer, shot blast, hand tools, and sandblast to remove investing material.
