Genex Services Administrative Lead - Billing in Portland, Oregon


We are currently seeking an Administrative Lead.

Administrative Lead will be responsible for performing high level administrative functions within the region to support optimized results and accurate, consistency throughout the operation


  • Processing, accuracy, and timeliness of all regional invoicing

  • Reviewing reports when necessary to accompany invoicing and to ensure that all requisite attachments are included and customer expectations are met

  • Crediting and re-billing cases in conjunction with accounts receivable, will further make necessary collection calls on those cases when warranted

  • Assisting with retrieval of vital referral demographics and will serve as a regional resource in the centralized processing of referrals

  • Serving as vital resource for the regional operation in varied capacities to support our customers and our management team

  • In some cases, supporting the office environment from a technical perspective and assisting the branch manager in maintaining office functionality

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelors degree from a four year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and education required

  • At least 3-5 years of business related training, office management, or related service experience

  • High level of computer proficiency

  • Must be task and goal oriented, detail oriented, organized, and reliable
