To learn more, please see The Digital Marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help lead all aspects of our customer engagement strategy across planning, execution, and analysis. In this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of ed2go’s customer lifecycle stages and craft lifecycle marketing strategies that will help guide customers through enrollment. You’ll work cross-functionally with a variety of teams throughout the organization, including Marketing, Enrollment, and Student Services, to understand and address customer challenges, drive customer engagement, and improve key performance indicators through a variety of marketing channels. What you'll do here:Strategy + Build multi-channel customer engagement strategies and workflows across email, re-targeting, and other marketing channels, to maximize for lead generation, lead nurture and re-engagement, while reducing churn + Own the growth of our engagement channels, managing a roadmap of campaign ideas and experiments to meet quarterly business goals, along with the use of qualitative and quantitative data to inform campaign decisions Implementation and Testing + Work with our Marketing team to create compelling marketing briefs and overall messaging strategies + Run A/B tests across campaigns/channels to identify key levers of growth that we can scale across our catalog of products + Monitor campaign performance and share readouts on a regular cadence with the team Skills you will need here: Required: + A passion for understanding customers, with experience developing customer personas/segments + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to help champion customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams. + Strategic problem solver that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach adoption and renewal goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience + Experience creating and carrying out marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement + 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Lifecycle, Customer Success, Engagement and/or Retention + Expertise in direct digital marketing standard methodologies, including email marketing, social media, retargeting and digital personalization + Ability to understand IT infrastructure and desire to learn the technical side of product adoption + Experience using digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms + Expertise in email marketing standard methodologies (other marketing channels a plus) + Familiarity with email HTML/CSS + Demonstrated cross-functional partnership and project management experience + Technical knowledge of engagement marketing tools and data integration + Analytical skills for understanding effectiveness and value of customer engagement efforts + Demonstrated track record of delivering against customer and business Key Performance Indicators + Strong understanding of A/B and incrementality testing standard processes + Familiarity with marketing attribution Preferred: + Prior experience in scaling multichannel/omnichannel marketing messaging programs + Ability to write effective customer-facing copy Ed2go, part of Cengage Group, has empowered millions of learners looking to improve their skills, get employed, and build a career.
