IT Help Desk Representative in Portland, Maine
Pay: $25 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Assignment Length: Temp-To-Hire
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client's IT Help Desk team as an IT Help Desk Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users. Interested? Apply today!

Duties:
Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support with computer hardware, software, or related issues.
Maintaining and setting up new physical network infrastructure
Installing and maintaining computer hardware, printers, etc.
Managing an inventory of assets and ensuring that they are up-to-date and properly licensed
Providing user training and education on basic computer operations and software applications
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and system networking
Excellent customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills
College degree preferred, but not required
