Pay: $22.52 - $30.96 per hour

Assignment Length: Direct-Hire

Duties:

• Completing building maintenance work orders, including plumbing, painting, welding, masonry, and carpentry

• Performing routine inspections to ensure the safety of the building structure and proper functioning

• Maintaining the grounds and grounds equipment, including yard maintenance and snow removal

• Maintaining safe working conditions and complying with all state and federal health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of building/grounds maintenance, construction, or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong construction and mechanical skills
