**[Summary: [Yard Services Foreman to support facility operations and maintenance. Position is responsible for providing oversight, directing and managing facility activities, subcontractors, and staff.

- Responsible for completing facility inspections*
- Responsible for the maintenance upkeep of the facility
- Directs and manages facility employees on proper housekeeping and operations
- Maintains productivity by effectively managing allocated resources and delegating tasks appropriate to employee skills
- Schedules and manages outbound loads/bulking for the Drum Division*
- Manage the supply warehouse and keep inventory stocked
- Assist in other areas/divisions of RED TECH as needed.
- Prepare supplies for the drivers
**[Supervisory Responsibilities:
[Manages up to ten employees and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the yard. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;rewarding and disciplining employees;[addressing complaints and resolving problems.
