Summary:
Performs administrative and clerical duties by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
include the following but not limited to:
- Serves visitors by answering the door, greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Screens telephone calls, incoming mail, and responds promptly to incoming correspondence as appropriate. *
- Prepares correspondence accurately from instructions and other provided information. *
- Maintains an extensive filing system for correspondence, business matters, and other related data. *
- Provides clerical assistance and instruction to co-workers as needed. *
- Stock and order office supplies when supplies run low. *
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist in coordinating company meetings, outings, and events. *
- Assist in completion of contractual and bid estimation documents. *

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, the individual should have knowledge of internet software, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid drivers license
