Talent Acquisition Specialist (Long-Term Temporary with Potential for Permanent Hire)
Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Indiana and Illinois (travel required). Here is your chance to be creative in finding solutions in this long-term temporary opportunity with the potential for permanent hire. This is a great job for an energetic and outgoing individual passionate about recruiting in the manufacturing industry.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role requires candidates to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. You’ll also travel across Indiana and Illinois to meet with candidates and hiring managers, and occasionally attend national industry conferences.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing industry
Outgoing, energetic & passionate about recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility with working hours, including the ability to adjust start and end times.
Willingness and ability to travel within Indiana and Illinois regularly, with occasional travel across the U.S. for conferences and events.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
