Wayfair Training and Employee Experience Administrative Professional in Port Wentworth, Georgia

Wayfair is currently seeking an experienced training administrative professional to join the growing Global Supply Chain Training team. The Global Supply Chain Training Team focuses on driving the culture of safety, standardization, and development of Wayfair’s Supply Chain Network to create the foundation to enable future growth for our business and our people.

This role will be instrumental in all facets of learning enablement on a global scale. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with many different departments around the world, leveraging your administrative skills to ensure we can deliver cutting edge and effective training and employee experience initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reviewing Learning Management System (LMS) Question Feedback for trends

  • Reviewing LMS Help Tickets to either answer or route to appropriate vertical owner

  • Tracking Six Sigma Certification Completions in Dashboard

  • Coordinating LMS Rewards program

  • Submitting POs for vendors

  • Assisting with LMS Administration (SteerCo, consistency of reward point distribution, group maintenance, program maintenance)

  • Effective Data-Storytelling through reports, dashboards, and presentations

  • Organize and analyze collected data from various data sources

  • Producing reports and visuals from data obtained

  • Coordinating onsite training events quarterly

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree a plus

  • Project management and organizational skills for multiple projects running concurrently required

  • Strong stakeholder management skills required

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

  • Autonomous, quick thinking, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment required

  • Experience with Supply Chain/Logistics Network learning and development preferred.

  • Ability to travel 15-20% annually
